About Us

Estate Planning That Works is an Arizona financial services enterprise engaged in the business of helping individuals and families create effective Estate and Financial Plans.

Estate Planning That Works! founder Martin Wieczorek recognized that too many hard working individuals and families are at considerable financial risk because they lack the knowledge to properly plan their Estates.  They don't have adequate legal protection for their real and financial assets, or worse... no protection at all. This was the catalyst for the creation of Estate Planning That Works!

The depth of knowledge, experience and attention to detail Marty brings to each and every client sets him apart from practitioners whose focus is less on the client and more on their own pocketbooks.  The skill and dedication with which he develops each personalized  Estate Plan is apparent in the satisfaction and peace-of-mind reflected by his clients.

Marty Wieczorek is an experienced financial services practitioner whose primary focus is Estate Planning.  He is educated in Business, Economics, and Finance from Eastern Michigan University and University of Michigan.  Marty has extensive experience in the mortgage, finance and real estate markets.  He has developed a network of professionals throughout the southwest dedicated to preserving your home equity, having the right mortgage for you, and implementing fast track loan payoff programs. 

“Managing your largest asset, your home, is perhaps the biggest and most cumbersome task your face in your estate planning.  It is important to stay abreast of industry changes and how they may affect you.  There are many new programs available like the “Money Merge” account that enables homeowners to shave years off of their mortgage.  Reverse Mortgages, have undergone a lot of changes over the years and they have become a viable alternative for seniors who have a lot of equity in their homes but little liquid cash to live.  There is so much more to owning a home than your interest rate and monthly payment.”

Marty also spearheads our program in helping our customers to avoid probate on your homes and land.  This knowledge helps families save thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars down the road.

He is a proud father of a daughter, Kaitlyn, who attends the University of Arizona.  He is also a member of the Maricopa County Volunteer Sheriff’s Posse and was the unit Executive Officer in 2006.  He volunteers approximately 650 hours each year.
