What is your experience in
Estate Planning?
I have visited with hundreds of families
over the last 20 years. Each family is unique, but all share common goals.
With each and every Estate Planning scenario, we have helped these families achieve an
appropriate and effective Estate Plan. Over the years I have been fortunate to experience
virtually every possible Estate Plan scenario. Consequently, I have
acquired the knowledge and experience to solve any Estate Planning Problem I
encounter.

What types of basic
Estate Planning scenarios have you solved?
Everyone needs to avoid probate by
having the necessary protection of rights under the law to maintain control of
their estate without court interference. Most estate issues can be solved
without a trust, but if you need one, I can provide that protection as well.
At a minimum, everyone needs a Financial Power of Attorney and Health Care Power
of Attorney, a Living Will, HIPAA overrides, an Intent to Return Home, and a
Last Will & Testament.

What types of special Estate
Planning scenarios have you solved?
I can help you avoid probate
in every state and on every asset. If you want to distribute your estate to
your heirs over time, or based on conditions, we can help too. If you are in a
second marriage, have co-mingled funds, but want your portion to be distributed
to your heirs alone, I can help. If you have a loved one in long-term care,
I
can help you qualify for financial assistance. If you want to make sure your
children’s spouses are not included in inheritance, or want to provide for a
child or grandchild with special needs, I can facilitate that as well.
